What we collect
When you book a table: your name, phone number, email if you give it, party size, date, time and any notes you write, such as allergies or a birthday.
When you order: your name, phone, delivery address if needed, and the items you order. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
When you subscribe to La lettera della domenica: your email address.
Why we use it
To hold your table, prepare and deliver your order, and contact you if something changes. The legal basis is the performance of a contract with you.
To send the Sunday letter, only if you subscribed. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the link at the bottom of every letter.
How long we keep it
Reservation and order details are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Accounting records linked to payments are kept for 10 years, as Italian law requires.
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy. Write to privacy@soleevino.it and we will reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali at garanteprivacy.it.
